High school graduate or equivalent is required.
Twelve months banking experience, 30 college credit hours, or 18 months stable work history in an administrative or clerical position is required.
Requires excellent written and verbal communication and general business knowledge; proficient using Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite required.
Other important qualities or performance are: attention to detail, reliability, excellent self-directed work habits, initiative, good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
The incumbent must be able to function efficiently and effectively under deadlines and stress while maintaining a professional and mature demeanor.
The ability to sit for extended periods of time and complete work using keyboard and monitor for majority of work day is a must.
Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures.
