SCOPE/CONTACTS:
The incumbent has frequent contact with customers and other department employees in person, by telephone and email. It is important that the incumbent function efficiently under deadlines while maintaining a professional and mature demeanor. The incumbent will be required to assist customers with the loan application process and prepare applications etc for the lending officers’ review.
