Weekend Shift Welder II at Life Fitness | LAYIQ

Successful candidates will have: Welding experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Vocational welding training and/or welding certification is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints, weld prints, process sheets, and work instructions.
Mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to successfully complete our welding training program and pass a company weld qualification test.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to safely perform the essential functions of the job, including:
Lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Push and pull materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequently bend, twist, reach overhead, and use hand tools and welding equipment.
Safely operate hoists and manual pallet jacks.

Your base wage will be between $24.00 - $29.88 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.
