Environmental Air Systems, a full-service mechanical contractor, is seeking an I ndustrial Painter to join our Manufacturing Team. The Industrial Painter is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal components in a light industrial fabrication environment. This role involves mixing and matching paints to required specifications, operating spray guns and spray foam equipment, and applying coatings with precision to ensure durability and a high‑quality finish.
The Industrial Painter will follow safety and environmental guidelines, maintain equipment, and work closely with production teams to meet quality standards and project timelines.

Schedule:
- 1st Shift , 6:00am-4:30pm with OT as necessary
- 2nd Shift , 4:00pm-2:30am with OT as necessary
- Location: Train in High Point, NC and eventually move to new facility in Asheboro, NC
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare paint surfaces
Mix paint
- Operate and maintain industrial paint booths
- Operate and maintain spray guns and other equipment
- Apply spray foam insulation
- Maintain spray foam equipment
- Use respirator daily during work activities
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- RCRA, HAZWOPER certifications a plus
- Auto body painting experience a plus
Education:
This Position requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED or related experience in Industrial/Automotive Painting as determined by the plant manager.
