General Description:
The Lateral Partner Senior Recruiting Manager is responsible for effectively managing the recruiting and hiring of lateral partners in Texas, where we currently have offices in Austin, Dallas, and Houston , as well as supporting firmwide lateral partner initiatives .
The incumbent in this position reports to the firm's Director of Legal Recruiting and works closely with section, practice group and office leadership to recruit and hire partners with practices that enhance the firm’s financial position and reputation and brand. This role involves developing strategies to attract, assess, and hire partner-level talent to further the firm’s legal recruiting goals.
