Senior Attorney Recruiting Manager

General Description:

The Senior Attorney Recruiting Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring of lateral partners, senior counsel, and associates as well as entry-level and summer associates in South Florida, where we currently have offices in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and West Palm Beach. This position is also responsible for assisting with attorney hires in our Latin America offices. For this position, the individual would have responsibility for the recruiting efforts in the assigned offices.

This position has primary responsibility for effectively managing our lateral partner recruiting efforts in assigned offices and for overseeing one or more coordinators or assistants with respect to entry-level and summer associate hiring in those same offices. This position works closely with section, practice group and office leadership to recruit, hire and integrate attorneys at all experience levels and requires an elevated level of experience and professionalism. This position reports to the Director of Legal Recruiting.
