What You Will Be Doing
- As a Senior Category Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategic sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect spend categories.This position is responsible for developing category strategies that optimize total cost of ownership, drive supplier performance, mitigate supply chain risk, and support business growth. Working closely with Manufacturing, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate key supplier agreements, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities for innovation and cost savings. The role also oversees supplier relationship management, procurement processes, and global sourcing support, including partnerships with Acushnet (Titleist) Thailand, ensuring a resilient, high-performing supply base aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
