What You Will Be Doing
- As a Test Results Coordinator/Club Tester, you will play a critical role in supporting the Titleist R&D team by conducting player testing, analyzing performance data, and helping evaluate the next generation of golf equipment. You will perform live testing using advanced measurement technologies and established protocols, generate technical reports and insights for R&D engineers, and maintain the integrity of player and product performance databases. In addition, you will recruit and schedule test participants, coordinate consumer testing programs, manage test club logistics, and support competitive product evaluations in key golf markets. Through accurate data management and continuous process improvement, you will help drive informed product development decisions and deliver meaningful performance insights.
