Sr. Manager, Marketing Analytics at Aptive Environmental | LAYIQ

8-10 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related roles
Experience supporting multi-channel or full-funnel marketing teams preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field
Experience supporting multi-channel or full-funnel marketing teams preferred
Google Analytics (GA4) Certification, preferred. Adobe Analytics or Adobe Experience Platform certifications, preferred. Marketing analytics or experimentation certifications (e.g., CRO, A/B testing, optimization programs), preferred
Strong experience in marketing analytics, performance measurement, or business intelligence
Hands-on expertise analyzing paid media, CRM, and digital marketing data
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
Experience with analytics and visualization tools
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
