- POSITION SPECIFICS
- Title: Pharmacy Technician
- FTE: 1.0 FTE (80 hours per 2-week pay period)
- Schedule: Multiple shifts available: 6:30-15:00, 8:00-16:30, 9:00-17:30. Candidate will rotate through these shifts
- Holiday Rotation: 1-2 per year
- Weekend Rotation: One weekend per month
- On Call Requirements: None
- POSITION SUMMARY
Working under the direction of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Director, assist with the day-to-day operation of the Pharmacy Department.
POSITION TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform unit dose drug packaging and distribution throughout the hospital, including the preparation of daily patient drug supply and performing labeling function accurately and efficiently.
