- POSITION SPECIFICS
- Title: Maintenance/Mechanic
- FTE: 1.0 FTE (80 hours per 2-week pay period)
Schedule: Mon-Fri with the option of five eight hour days 2:00pm - 10:30PM Or four ten hour days 12:00pm - 10:30pm with a rolling day off.
- Holiday Rotation: None
- Weekend Rotation: None
- On Call Requirements: Once every 6 weeks
- POSITION SUMMARY
Perform daily rounds and preventive maintenance on equipment throughout the facility. Basic maintenance and repair all major HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing systems, emergency generators and fire protection systems. Identify and calibrate a variety of computer based digital control systems. Support the department and facilities in the areas of on-call reliability, security response and 24/7 emergency coverage.
