The Field Marketing Manager (FMM) serves as the regional extension of the Crop Protection Marketing organization. This role translates national portfolio and channel strategies into actionable regional and local marketing plans while providing critical market insight, launch execution leadership, business planning support, and field-to-marketing connectivity.
The FMM acts as a strategic partner to sales leaders, territory managers, account managers, and portfolio marketing teams by identifying market opportunities, influencing business outcomes, and ensuring that customer, retailer, and field perspectives are represented in marketing decisions.
The salary range for this position is $ to $. This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.
