The Business Continuity (BC) and Travel Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Director of BC, Travel and Special Projects to oversee and execute the firm’s Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Plans. Along with the Director, the Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing comprehensive Disaster Recovery plans to ensure support for critical business needs in the event of an emergency or disaster.
Working within a global organization, this role will assess risks, design recovery strategies, and collaborate with various offices and functional teams to ensure the organization is prepared to handle any unforeseen disruptions.
The Coordinator will work under the direction of the Director, running the day-to-day aspect of the Travel Department, including our on-line booking site and various other travel projects (annual corporate hotel list, participation in weekly calls with the firm’s travel manager at Lawyers Travel, etc.) and assist as needed with special projects for the firm.
