Choice Hotels International is looking for an Analytics and Visualization Manager with a passion for turning data into decisions, not just dashboards. This role operates at the intersection of business intelligence, AI tooling, and analytical storytelling, and plays a central role in shaping how our franchise network, commercial teams, and senior leaders interact with data at the business unit and company level.
You will serve as a senior contributor within a high-performing Analytics team that builds everything from predictive models to generative AI products. Your focus will be on building the intelligence layer end-to-end: architecting and delivering analytics data products that surface strategic insights, enable conversational exploration, and close the gap between data and action — with direct implications for business unit revenue, cost, and performance outcomes.
