Job Summary:
The Senior HR Business Partner works strategically with all levels in the organization and successfully partners with our managers and leadership team to help implement the people strategy needed for business success. As the key point of contact for our Southern California locations, as well as all fully remote employees in the US, this role ensures we deliver day-to-day HR Activities, as well as customer-centric HR consultation and business partnering for employees and leaders.
