Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with assays pertinent to T cell or macrophage biology, mouse models (breeding conditional knockouts, genotyping, and experimental procedures), flow cytometry, and microbiota analysis.
Experience with primary intestinal stem cell culture is a plus.
