The Order Management Specialist is responsible for accurately processing and managing customer orders from initial entry through fulfillment, shipment, and invoicing. The position monitors order status, identifies and resolves exceptions, and provides timely communication to customers and internal partners.
Working closely with customers, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, IT, and Operations, the specialist supports order accuracy, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the order-to-cash process.
