The Consumer Lending Supervisor is responsible for overseeing loan processing and manual underwriting operations to ensure efficient workflow, timely decision-making, and adherence to service level expectations. This role provides leadership and support to processing and underwriting staff by assigning workloads, monitoring productivity and quality, conducting coaching and training, and ensuring compliance with credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
