REPORTS TO Director of Strategic Operations
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF FUNCTION
The Director of Process Engineering provides strategic and technical leadership for the AP Production System (APPS). The role owns the Productivity, Lead Time, Flexibility and Innovation pillars across the plant's production value streams, along with the automation and capital program that supports them. This position establishes the process engineering strategy and standards for how work is designed, equipment is specified and integrated, process variation is controlled, capability is developed, and improvements are sustained.
