The Safety & Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all facility maintenance and safety functions, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing environment. This hands-on role manages preventive maintenance programs, performs equipment and facility repairs, and oversees safety compliance with OSHA and company standards. The position includes responsibility for maintaining and troubleshooting production presses, dies, and related tooling to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
