What You’ll Do:

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and operations teams. Your responsibilities will include:
• Provide technical support and solutions to designated products lines
• Prepare pricing and delivery quotations
• Process incoming orders
• Make changes to customer orders as required
• Respond to customer concerns
• Process RGA’s and credit memos
• Communicate effectively verbally, and in writing
• Coordinate with several areas of the business seeking to find a mutually beneficial solution

What You’ll Need:

Experience: 3–5 years in high-volume Customer Service role preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and responsive approach to support.

Familiarity with document management systems and basic reporting techniques.

Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
