SCOPE: The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for improving manufacturing processes, increasing machine efficiency, reducing and eliminating waste, and leading capital improvement projects that support the company’s operational vision and culture of excellence and strategic goals. This position applies Lean Manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, the use of employee collaboration, and engineering best practices to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance.
