Job Description:
The Strategy & Operations team within Disney Entertainment and ESPN - Product & Technology is responsible for shaping the organization’s long-term vision, developing actionable product strategies, and executing against the org’s most critical near-term priorities.
The team rolls up to the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO), and uses strategic analysis, creative storytelling, and operational rigor to surface insights, frame trade-offs, and guide decision-making for Disney’s senior leadership.
As the Product Strategy and Operations Director , you will build and lead a team that serves as the analytical backbone and connective tissue for Product & Technology leadership. This team will use data-driven rigor and executional discipline to set OKRs, manage performance, and drive operational momentum across the organization.
