Job Description:
This Supervising Director role is responsible for the supervision of personnel and projects involving Remote and Event productions, as well as the direction of the department’s most complex and highest profile productions. The Supervising Director will work within the department to maintain the quality of presentations through oversight while providing direction across multiple departments through collaboration.
In addition, will work in conjunction with Coordinating Producers to provide support and guidance on content philosophy and execution. The Supervising Director should possess strong production and technical knowledge, and demonstrate leadership qualities in all interactions and decisions. The Supervising Director will assist in the development of Directors, Associate Directors and Stage Managers.
