Assistant Property Manager - Commercial Property Management at Rocket Companies | LAYIQ

Minimum of 1 - 3 years’ experience Property Management is required, preferably in commercial property management.
An active Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License is required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment, Bedrock will assist with required courses and testing fees.
Some working knowledge of building systems, equipment, and design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and relationship building skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects and tasks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Customer service focused and able to respond appropriately to all tenant inquiries
Must have a proactive attitude for taking on new projects, produce innovative ideas, and designing better processes
Excellent follow-through in managing tenant issues and administering supervisory responsibilities
Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the team
Proficient in Microsoft - Excel, Outlook, and Word software packages
Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software

Ability to meet physical requirements associated with property inspections (walking sites, accessing building areas).

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Bedrock is an in-person, five-day-a-week workplace. All team members are expected to work onsite Monday through Friday during standard business hours, unless otherwise specified by their role or designated shift.
Some roles may have flexibility to work remotely on Fridays, based on the nature of the work and business needs. This flexibility is granted at the discretion of the Company and may be adjusted at any time.
Property Management positions, including our Assistant Property Manager role, are fully on-site positions.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use; occasional movement between buildings; ability to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally.
