About the Role
We are looking for a Safety Trainer to join our Safety team on our project(s) in Fort Wayne, IN. Mooresville, IN. This is a full-time, in person position. The Safety Trainer is an embedded resource focused on delivering consistent, high-quality safety training across the project team. This role supports compliance, builds field awareness, and reinforces Holder’s Energy-Based Safety culture through training, field engagement, and coaching.
