The Commercial Finance Manager serves as a finance lead for FTI’s major commercial pursuits and long-term agreements from early opportunity shaping through contract execution and project launch. The position is initially a hands-on leadership role with substantial individual modeling responsibility and a mandate to build the standards, governance, and operating rhythm of a new Commercial Finance capability.
Ideal candidate will have a demonstrated experience leading the financial evaluation of large, multi-year, capital-intensive, or operationally complex opportunities. Will have advanced financial modeling capability and strong command of cash flow, working capital, margin, NPV, IRR, payback, scenario analysis, and capital allocation. Strong commercial judgment and demonstrated ability to interpret contracts, challenge deal terms, and translate operational and legal provisions into financial consequences.
