The Desktop Engineer provides service and support for various applications and solutions, works directly with internal customers and the Business Technology team. This role identifies and resolves support issues in collaboration with internal customers and the Business Technology team. Focuses on customer service and aims to improve relationships within the company by resolving issues that arise throughout the day.
Participates in projects that involve the Service Desk, manages, and communicates expectations with customers requiring assistance, and escalates larger issues to the appropriate Business Technology Resource. Key skills for this role include attention to detail, customer service, oral and written communication, and following appropriate procedures.
