The NOC Business Process and Development Manager is responsible for leading the functional requirements for design, integration, and continuous improvement of data systems that power the Network Operations Center (NOC). This role oversees a team responsible for new customer integrations, drives system architecture enhancements, governs data integrity, and delivers actionable KPI reporting that enables operational excellence and customer value.
