The Technical Training Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of Learning & Development technical and/or trade-related training and services. This includes: coordination and facilitation of technical and/or trade-related classes, design and development of technical and/or trade-related curriculum, jobsite audits, and on-site/jobsite coaching and training.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in the operation of audiovisual equipment, familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within electrical and/or specialty systems contractor field, and Knowledge of adult educational principles and theory is preferred. Confidentiality is essential for this position.
