Job Description:
Inventory Manager – Slotting
Location: Olive Branch, MS
The Inventory Manager – Slotting will drive optimal inventory positioning within each of the Distribution Centers, focusing on strategy development, execution to the strategy, and identifying areas for improvement and further optimization. This individual will be operationally responsible for supervising people conducting slotting functions, including, but not limited to, material setup in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), product slot setup & strategic maintenance, troubleshooting systems related to picking systems, location
setup & maintenance, as well as overstock inventory positioning. Strategic responsibilities will include finding & implementing new strategies and processes related to standardization, inventory position optimization from storage to forward picks, data-based decision making, and team development.
