Job Overview
Responsible for transportation services; receiving incoming/outgoing pick-up calls and scheduling transportation services for the same day. Communicating with PACE centers to coordinate daily transportation for AltaMed patients and participants. Assist with other transportation vendors (e.g., Agape) by facilitating information and back-up service when/if possible. Duties include scheduling, routing, record keeping, and auditing to ensure compliance with AltaMed’s policies and procedures.
