About the Opportunity
Job Summary:
The Assistant Director of University Recreation- Fitness is responsible for directing the overall design, management, and implementation of a comprehensive and integrated fitness program for the Northeastern University Recreation Department.
Under the direction of the Associate Director of University Recreation - Programs & Student Development, this position coordinates the scheduling and supervision of the fitness programs serving the needs of a 20,000-student population in Boston as well as the needs of the entire global network, which includes the training, development, hiring, and evaluation of the Group Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers.
