About the Gyori Lab for Computational Biomedicine
The Gyori Lab for Computational Biomedicine at Northeastern University builds systems that accelerate scientific discovery by combining artificial intelligence with human expertise. The lab develops knowledge-grounded artificial intelligence, text mining and knowledge assembly, mathematical and systems modeling, and causal analysis. Research results are often deployed as widely used open-source software and services.
The lab’s work is supported by a portfolio of federal and foundation grants spanning biomedical knowledge integration, global health, and artificial intelligence-assisted systems modeling. More information about the lab and its projects is available at https://gyorilab.github.io.
