About the Opportunity
Job Summary:
The Student Account Representative serves as the primary contact for students , parents , faculty , staff , and other involved parties concerning all related activities regarding Student Accounts. This position provides the highest level of customer service (via in person , phone , and electronic communications ) regardi ng financial status with the University
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Student and Parent Customer Service:
Through appointments , e-mai l, written correspondence , and telephone communication s , explain line item and summary of student account credits/debits and NU billing procedures.
Assists with customer service to over 150 , 000 contacts.
