About the Opportunity
Job Description
The Project Manager is the key liaison between the University, consultants and contractors. The Project Manager will oversee procurement of services, project administration, determining of scope, administering contracts, resolving of conflicts and in the assurance of the work being completed on time and on budget of contract.
In either a leadership and/or management capacity, the Project Manager may be involved in any or all of the following: contract scope definitions, contract negotiations, contract administration, payment process, change order control, cost control, schedule control and quality control. Develop and prioritize programs/projects according to relevant measurement criteria. Direct the forecast and adjustment of resources to ensure projects and programs are delivered as promised.
