About the Opportunity
JOB SUMMARY
Husky Card Services oversees all functions related to the Husky Card @ Northeastern University's Oakland Campus. The Assistant Director of Husky Card Services is responsible for managing all aspects of the Husky Card system. This includes system administration, coordinating with various departments, and managing databases that interact with the system. Key duties include:
- Ensuring system integrity through report reconciliation and analysis.
- Supporting web-based transactions involving the Husky Card.
- Training other departments to access and use reporting tools.
- Overseeing devices connected to the database both on and off campus.
