JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Summary
The Clinical Manager is responsible for oversight of services designed to support adults, and sometimes families, with mental health and/or substance use concerns. The Manager provides clinical guidance and administrative oversight to program supervisors and staff across the market and is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with community stakeholders.
The Manager also oversees utilization review , level of care, and appropriate allocation of facility resources by striving to provide quality client care in the most cost-effective manner.
