Day Shift
7am-7pm or
Night Shift
7pm-7am
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A ble to obtain Vital Signs, (BP, Resp, Temp). Able to perform Urine Drug screens and report results to nursing.
Provides assistance and supervision to clients in their activities of daily living.
Assists in providing for and supervising clients’ special nutritional needs.
Provides social interaction opportunities for clients.
