Reprocess Technician - D Shift at Astemo | LAYIQ

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with machining or high-speed equipment.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Ability to read and interpret CMM reports, GD&T, and technical drawings.
Familiarity with quality control, inspection tools, and geometric tolerancing.
Able to read work instructions and complete basic production reports.
Must be physically able to perform tasks involving frequent bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs regularly), and standing for extended periods.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but requires strong leadership to guide and support production associates.
Physical Requirements
Frequent walking, standing, bending, and use of hands for handling tools and controls.
Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Regular lifting and moving of parts and tools up to 25 lbs.
Work Environment
Manufacturing/warehouse setting with exposure to moving machinery and loud noise levels.
Use of personal protective equipment is required in designated areas.
