The Training Content Developer is responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining engaging, high-quality learning materials that support technical and non-technical training programs. This role transforms subject matter expertise into clear, accessible, and interactive content aligned with adult learning principles and organizational objectives. Working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), Product managers, Engineering team. Aftermarket team and the training manager.

The Training Content Developer ensures all materials are accurate, visually appealing, and adaptable for multiple delivery formats, including classroom, virtual, learning libraries and eLearning environments. The ideal candidate would have proficiency in eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), experience creating blended learning materials, including instructor-led training guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and multimedia assets, and familiarity
