Faith Technologies Inc. (FTI) is currently seeking a Technical Writer III to join our team. The individual will work closely with a more senior writer or leader to process incoming work and assign tasks accordingly. The writer will complete work without guidance and proofread work for less experienced writers. Will work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to observe tasks or processes and study materials and existing documentation to determine procedure and detail.
Will write technical documents/manuals in accordance with customer or internal specifications within established deadlines. Must communicate work status and additional updates across teams, ensuring transparency. Follows established safety procedures and reports violations. Performs other job-related tasks as requested with reasonable accommodation.
