In this role, the BT Technical Trainer develops training content across core enterprise technologies—such as AI technologies, Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, endpoint tools, and digital workplace solutions—and delivers engaging instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand learning experiences.
The BT Technical Trainer partners closely with Digital Workplace, BT teams, and business stakeholders to identify skill gaps, promote adoption of new technologies, and ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to maximize productivity. P artners with BT leadership to shape the training roadmap and prioritize initiatives against business goals .
