The Financial Systems Lead oversees the implementation, integrity, and effective operation of the company’s FP&A systems and related financial technologies. This role executes and maintains the financial systems roadmap in alignment with Finance leadership and IT, ensuring reliable data, scalable processes, and strong user adoption.
The Financial Systems Lead provides functional leadership to Financial Systems Analysts and serves as a key partner to Finance, IT, and cross‑functional stakeholders to continuously improve planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience with a financial planning software or similar planning and budgeting tools and has worked in mid- to large-sized organizations with complex financial structures. They possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience with ERP systems and financial data integrations, and a working knowledge of SQL or other data integration tools. A solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes is essential.
