The Sr Operations Finance Manager is a key financial leader and strategic business partner to the Excellerate Leadership team. This role is responsible for translating complex financial, operational, and project performance information into clear insights, practical recommendations, and action-oriented decisions that improve profitability, cash flow, operational execution, and long-term scalability across Excellerate’s manufacturing facilities.
This leader will serve as the primary finance partner for the Excellerate business unit while also working closely with other FTI business units to support efficient intercompany operations and end-to-end project execution. This role requires a strong understanding of engineered-to-order manufacturing, modular fabrication, industrial construction, project accounting, standard costing, and revenue recognition.
