The Director of Manufacturing Programs is an execution-focused leader responsible for leading Manufacturing Programs across various product initiatives and portfolios. This role drives strategy, operational efficiency, and program objectives across product development, capital deployment, and global expansion projects. The Director manages a team of manufacturing operations project managers and partners cross-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of strategic manufacturing objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Lean, Change Management, Manufacturing Systems, Safety Management, Industrial Engineering, Production Planning, Materials Management, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management. Additionally, experience in electrical, energy, or related industrial sectors and implementing large scalable manufacturing operations
