The Operations Finance Business Partner Lead is responsible for providing comprehensive financial support and strategic insights to the operational business groups and their project management teams along with leading and mentoring associate business partners. This role serves as a key financial partner, building trust and strong relationships to help leaders manage their projects and profit centers effectively.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, with a strong ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to non-finance professionals. Will be p roficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
