Job Summary
Salary Range: $21.00 to $23.00 Per Hour dependent upon education, experience, and working shift.
The Service Depot Technician II is responsible for effectively troubleshooting the cause of non-conformances of customer returned Ivenix devices and identifying the required repair in accordance with service depot procedures. The position includes performing technical analysis, testing, and rework of non-conforming parts returned to the service depot. Critical to each of these skills is the ability to properly document and summarize the investigations.
Other responsibilities may include performing failure evaluation of non-conforming parts returned from the field.
