Job Summary
The Sr. Manager, US Plant Supply Chain provides strategic leadership and accountability for end-to-end supply chain performance across three U.S. pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, directing and influencing production planning, quality release, inventory strategy, material replenishment, distribution, S&OP/IBP execution, and supply risk management to ensure uninterrupted product availability, regulatory and GMP compliance, customer service attainment, and achievement of financial objectives.
This role serves as the primary supply chain lead and cross-functional decision partner for manufacturing, procurement, quality, finance, commercial, global supply chain, and site leadership teams, driving enterprise-level alignment of demand, capacity, supply, inventory investment, product launches, network optimization, analytics, KPI performance, continuous improvement, and strategic initiatives that improve operational resiliency, working capital performance, business growth, and profitability.
