Job Summary
The Senior Director, Commercial Skills & Training is responsible for leading the design, adaptation, implementation, and continuous improvement of commercial capability building initiatives across the US organization. This role defines and leads the U.S.
Commercial Skills & Training strategy by translating global Commercial Excellence priorities into enterprise-wide capability-building initiatives that strengthen commercial effectiveness, accelerate business performance, and drive consistent execution and measurable behavior change across Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing teams.
Serving as a strategic partner to business leadership, the Senior Director identifies organizational capability gaps, establishes learning priorities, and ensures the effective integration of commercial, product, and clinical training. This role collaborates closely with Global Commercial Excellence, Sales Leadership, and Business Unit stakeholders to harmonize global standards while addressing local market needs.
